SGM+ APP:

  1. Please enter our homepage and click “SIGN UP”.
  2. Please enter your information, and read our Privacy Policy and Term of Use before clicking “SIGN IN”. Your email account will receive a verification email, and you can use our service after clicking the verification link.

(2)  If you didn’t receive your verification or reset email

If it isn’t in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

If you still can’t find the reset email or verification email, contact Us.

  2. Then click “Update” after finishing modification.

SGM+ APP:

  1. Please click the icon at the upper left corner after login.
  2. Please click “My Account” to enter the information page.
  3. Modify your information and click  the back button after modification.

(5) Can’t sign in to your Spectrum Genius Account

If you cannot sign in our website, please check the items below:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Check if your username and password are entered correctly.
  3. Account disabled:  Your account is disabled if we think that the account’s owner hasn’t followed our policies. Please contact us if you have any questions.
